Abstract : This is a field research, descriptive, within a quantitative paradigm approach and a non-experimental design. The purpose is to identify the needs and interest demanded by art students from UCLA and the initial specialization of musical education IPB UPEL with which special response to the demands of competitive and professional excellence, in the course of their training. Study subjects were selected by random procedure, being comprised of 30 students, the survey technique was applied through an opinion questionnaire of closed questions with Likert scale, and open specific proposal on item. The results allowed the configuration of a seminar with Spain Artecittà Foundation, of Synesthesia, Science Art and Creativity, with the possibility of becoming a permanent chair free

Resumen: La presente es una de investigación de campo, de carácter descriptivo, dentro de un enfoque paradigmático cuantitativo y un diseño no experimental. El propósito es diagnosticar las necesidades e intereses que demandan los estudiantes de artes plásticas de la UCLA y de las especialización de música y educación inicial de la UPEL-IPB, con las cuales se de especial respuesta a las exigencias, de competitividad y excelencia profesional, en el ejercicio de su formación. Los sujetos del estudio se seleccionaron por procedimiento aleatorio, quedando conformados por 30 estudiantes, se aplicó la técnica de la encuesta, a través de un cuestionario de opinión de preguntas cerradas, con escala tipo Likert, y un item abierto sobre propuesta específi a. Los resultados permitieron la configuración de un seminario con la Fundación Artecitta de España, de Sinestesia, Ciencia Arte y Creatividad, con la posibilidad de que se convierta en una cátedra libre y permanente
